Welcome to our Pen & Portrait Workshop Series, where creativity meets self-care in a unique and inspiring setting. In a world often dominated by digital communication, we believe in the power of the handwritten word and the timeless beauty of portraiture.
Our workshops offer an opportunity to kick off your weekend in a creatively fulfilling way, centered around the simple joys of writing a handwritten note and capturing a portrait. As advocates for mental health awareness, we are especially mindful of the importance of self-care, self-love, and self-expression. That's why we've designed our workshops to provide not only a fun experience but also a meaningful one that promotes well-being and self-appreciation.
In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, we invite you to join us and take care of yourself. Love yourself. Write yourself a handwritten note and receive a beautiful portrait to cherish—a perfect new headshot, a professional touch for your business, or simply a delightful keepsake for yourself.

What Takes Place:
Welcome and Introduction: Begin with a warm welcome to the space, setting the tone for a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves by sharing two things they love about themselves, fostering positivity and self-reflection from the start.
Meditation: Take a moment to center yourself and quiet the mind through a brief meditation session, designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Journaling: Spend 10 minutes journaling, allowing thoughts and feelings to flow freely onto the page. This practice encourages self-expression and introspection, laying the groundwork for the handwritten note to follow.
Write a Note to Self: Take 10 minutes to write a heartfelt note to yourself, expressing gratitude, affirmation, or encouragement. This act of self-kindness is a powerful way to nurture self-love and appreciation.
Discussion: Engage in a group discussion, sharing insights, experiences, and reflections on the writing process and the importance of self-care and self-expression.
Portrait Photos: Conclude the workshop with a professional portrait session, where each participant has the opportunity to be photographed, capturing their unique personality and essence. These portraits serve as a visual reminder of the workshop experience and the importance of self-care and self-expression in everyday life.
