After a decade-long career in commercial real estate, Kristen decided to pursue her creative passions wholeheartedly. Currently, she is writing a book about her experience of writing 365 handwritten notes - one every day for a year. Kristen started teaching note-writing workshops, which ultimately inspired her to create Creatively Noted. Her love for creative writing, self-development, and connecting with others led her to this unconventional path, where she can express her creativity, spread love, and deepen connections.

Kristen's warm and generous spirit is contagious. She practices gratitude to find beauty in even the smallest things. To quote Carl Jung, "At times I feel as if I am spread out over the landscape and inside things and am myself living in every tree, in the splashing of the waves, in the clouds and animals that come and go, in the procession of the seasons." Kristen embodies this sentiment and brings a child-like wonder to everything she does. Kristen holds a degree in Human Ecology from Kansas State University, where she also pursued a minor in Leadership Studies.
