Blooming in Appreciation Workshop

What do flowers have to do with handwritten notes? The blooms of flowers are often associated with growth, beauty, and appreciation. Just as a flower blooms and grows when it receives the proper care and attention, our relationships with others can also blossom and grow through expressions of gratitude and appreciation. Similarly, a handwritten note is a tangible and personal way to show someone that you care and appreciate them, bringing a sense of warmth and connection. 

In this workshop, you can expect a similar format to my gratitude workshops. We will begin with introductions, a guided meditation, and teachings about the benefits of handwritten notes and expressing gratitude/appreciation. I will guide you through the process of writing two handwritten notes using prompts, and we will take breaks to reflect and discuss insights in between. There will be a coffee bar, bakery items, and flowers to take home with you. Pens and cards will be provided for attendees to write their notes on.
